The 42nd Annual Salmonid Restoration Conference will be held in Santa Cruz, California from April 29 - May 2, 2025. Please visit our website to see the Second Call for Presentation Abstracts.
Please note that the agenda evolves and the Second Call for Abstracts may include additional concurrent sessions. Session, workshop, and field tour descriptions are posted. Early abstract submission helps SRF determine which sessions and workshops will be in the final agenda.
SRF’s Call for Abstracts is highly competitive and not all abstracts can be accepted. Presentations that have not been given before at our conference will have priority.
To submit an abstract, please review our submission guidelines. Please fill out this form, Then email your abstract to abstracts@calsalmon.org. Receipt of your submission will be acknowledged by email and forwarded to the correct session chair.
42nd Annual SRF Conference Hotel Group Blocks, FAQs, and more
SRF will be hosting the conference workshops at the Hotel Paradox and the Courtyard by Marriott is within walking distance to the conference venue in Santa Cruz and we have set up hotel blocks. Hotel rooms will sell out before the conference registration does so please make your hotel reservations early if you plan on registering for the conference. More hotel blocks will be available soon. Conference registration will probably not open until early December but you can reserve your hotel rooms now. 2025 Poster Session Open
The Poster Session will be 7-10 pm on Thursday, March 1 at Cocoanut Grove, the main Conference venue. This annual event is open to all registered conference attendees and is a great venue to network with your peers.

SRF, with the support of the California Department of Fish and Wildlife, hosted the 26th Annual Coho Confab on September 13 - 15 at the beautiful Rock Creek Ranch on the South Fork of the Smith River. Orientation presentations are posted here.
