Poster presenters: please note that set up for the poster session is 5:15-6:45pm.
The Poster Session will be 7-10 pm on Thursday, April 27 at the Fortuna River Lodge (the conference venue). This annual event is open to all conference attendees and is a great venue to network with your peers. Don't forget to wear you conference name badge.
There is no cost to attend or present at the Poster Session, but you must be registered for the conference in order to participate. This annual event is open to all conference attendees and is a great venue to network with your peers. We encourage posters, pamphlet distribution, software exhibits, and multimedia (video) presentations. Poster registration closed Monday, April 10, 2023.
We do not have any set requirements for poster size, but we recommend it be no larger than 3' x 4'.
