Online Flow Enhancement Workshop
May 8, 10am to 1pm
Join Salmonid Restoration Federation and Sanctuary Forest for a Virtual Flow Enhancement and Restoration workshop to explore flow enhancement strategies to address climate change in Redwood Creek in the South Fork Eel River and the Mattole River watersheds. These two connected watersheds are intertwined historically, geologically, and from a fisheries recovery perspective. Restoration techniques have evolved to address climate change resilience and longer dry seasons. This workshop will be held via Zoom and will be available later as a video recording. Suggested donation is $10. The Sanctuary Forest radio show highlights some of the presenters and themes that will be explored at the workshop.
